Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp caster sugar
  • 750 ml pineapple juice
  • 750 ml pink grapefruit juice
  • 50 ml lemon juice
  • 350 ml golden rum
  • 250 ml Passoa liqueur
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 1 wedge of pineapples
  • a handful of strawberries
  • a few sprigs of fresh mint

Method

1. Sprinkle the sugar in the punch bowl. Add each liquid ingredient one by one, starting with the juices and ending with the spirits.
2. Stir the mixture well to ensure all of the sugar is dissolved. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for a couple of hours before the guests arrive.
3. To serve, remove from the fridge add the orange, pineapple, strawberries and mint. Add ice just before serving.
