Ingredients

  • large handful kale, roughly chopped
  • 100 g parmesan, grated
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled
  • 5-6 tbsp olive oil
  • spaghetti, to serve

Tips and Suggestions

Next time, swap the parmesan for feta for a creamier taste

Method

1. In a food processor, add all the ingredients and process to make a paste you may need a little more oil to get the consistency you want. Season with salt and pepper.

2. Stir into just cooked spaghetti to serve.
