  • 1 clove garlic, crushed to a paste
  • 1 tsp caraway seeds
  • 500 g green cabbage, shredded
  • 1 pinches black pepper
  • 4 medium eggs
  • 450 ml chicken stock

Add the cabbage and cook for five minutes, then drain and allow to dry. 5. Preheat the oven to 180ºC/gas 4. 6. Off the heat, mix the cabbage into the mince mixture, season with salt and freshly ground pepper, and allow to cool. 7. Beat the eggs in a bowl, adding in the stock and cream. 8. Mix the egg mixture into the mince mixture. 9. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes until lightly set. 10. Serve hot from the oven with ketchup.
