Lamb Burger with Greek Salad

Lamb Burger with Greek Salad

Ingredients

For the burger

  • 900 g minced lamb, lean
  • 20 g feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 onions, chopped
  • 1 pinches black pepper

For the salad

  • 0.5 cucumber, diced
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 red onions, chopped
  • 10 black olives
  • 40 g feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 handfuls chopped parsley
  • 1 handfuls coriander, chopped

Method

1. Heat the oven to 150°C/gas 1. Combine all the ingredients for the burger together in a large bowl.

2. Take a frying pan, and without adding any fat, fry the burgers for 5 minutes either side.

3. Transfer the burgers to the oven and cook for a further 5 minutes.

4. In a separate bowl, combine all the ingredients for the Greek salad and serve with the hot burgers.
