- 1 small lemon, juice only
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 sprigs thyme, leaves finely chopped
- 1 cloves garlic, crushed
- 4 sage leaves, finely chopped
- 1 tsp English mustard
- dashes of Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp tomato ketchup
- 2 chumps of lamb
1. Mix together all the ingredients and marinade the lamb for 1 hour, turning halfway through.
2. Cook the lamb on a barbecue, hot griddle or in the oven.
