Lemon, tuna and smoked paprika spread

Ingredients

  • The zest of 1 lemons
  • The juice of half a lemons
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 shallot, finely diced
  • 2 tbsp good quality mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 185 g tinned tuna

Method

1. Drain the tuna into a medium bowl and mash with the back of a fork. Add the lemon zest, juice, paprika, parsley, mustard, shallot and the mayonnaise.

2. Season to taste and serve with some fresh bread.
