Lemoncello Cheesecake Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 50 ml natural yogurt
  • 2 tbsp soft mascarpone
  • 10 ml vanilla syrup
  • 25 ml limoncello liqueur
  • 25 ml double cream

To serve

  • 2-3 ginger biscuits, crumbled

Method

1. Using either a hand-blender or a liquidiser blend all the ingredients until smooth.

2. Pour mixture into two glasses and top with the crumbled ginger biscuits. Serve immediately.
