Lettuce cups with chilli tuna

Ingredients

  • 185 g can Sirena tuna, drained
  • ½ iceberg lettuce
  • 2 tbsp red pepper, chopped
  • 1 tbsp chopped spring onions
  • 1 diced tomato, seeds removed
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander
  • Juice of ½ limes
  • Drizzle of olive oil

Method

1. Wash the lettuce and cut in half to create lettuce cups. Trim if necessary.

2. Combine the remaining ingredients, and stir. Spoon the mixture into lettuce cups.
