- 1 lime, juice only
- 1 handful coriander, leaves picked and chopped
- 1 tbsp clear honey
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp dark soy sauce
Tips and Suggestions
For non vegetarians you could switch the soy sauce with thai fish sauce.
Try adding a de-seeded chopped chilli for an extra kick.
1. Put the ingredients into a clean jam jar, with some salt and pepper.
2. Put the lid on and give it a really good shake to combine. Drizzle liberally over your salad.
