Ingredients

  • 6 lemons, peel only
  • 700 ml grappa
  • 1 litre 50ml water
  • 250 g sugar

Method

1. Put the lemon peel, grappa and water into sterilised jars. Leave for one month in a cool place.

2. Drink very chilled.
