Ingredients

  • 30 ml white crème de cacao
  • 30 ml sweet sherry
  • 15 ml white rum
  • 50 ml pineapple juice
  • 1 tbsp tinned pineapple chunks
  • 1 tsp grenadine

Method

1. Blend the ingredients in a highball glass until smooth.

2. Add three-quarters of a glassful of crushed ice and blend again briefly. Garnish with a pineapple chunk and a cherry, and serve with straws.
