Mahiki pina colada

Ingredients

  • 1 pineapple, frozen
  • 2 measures Mahiki Gold rum
  • 1/4 limes, juice only
  • 1 measure coconut cream
  • 1 measure coconut rum
  • 2 measures pineapple juice
  • ice cubes, for mixing

Method

1. Leaving approximately a 1.5cm-thick rim, core the pineapple with a pineapple corer or kitchen knife. Put half the flesh in a blender (or a tall glass if you dont have a blender).

2. Add the rum, lime juice, coconut cream, coconut rum liqueur and pineapple juice.

3. Blend or shake with ice cubes for 30 seconds and pour into the cored pineapple to serve.
