- 50 ml pineapple juice
- 1 tsp marmalade
- 1 lemon wedge
Tips and Suggestions
There's no need to put ice in the glass as shaking with ice will chill the drink
1. Put the rum, pineapple juice and marmalade into a cocktail shaker with a squeeze of lemon juice. Shake well.
2. Strain into a glass and serve.
