Ingredients

Main

  • 550 ml water
  • 3 whole whole cloves
  • 1 cinnamon sticks
  • 4 cardamom pods, cracked open
  • 65 ml black tea
  • 550 ml milk
  • 4 tbsp sugar

Method

1. Pour the water into a saucepan with the cloves, cinnamon and cardamom and bring to the boil. 2. Add the tea and milk and return to the boil. 3. Strain and add the sugar. Serve hot.
