- cucumber, slices, to taste
- hulled strawberries, to taste
- small handfuls mint, to taste
- oranges, slices, to taste
- lemons, slices, to taste
- apples, slices, to taste
- ice cubes, to taste
- 1 bottle pimms
- 2 bottles demi-sec champagne
- tonic water, to taste, (optional)
- lemonade, to taste, (optional)
1. Tip the cucumber slices, strawberries, mint, fruit slices and ice into a large punch bowl.
2. Pour in the Pimms and champagne, and add tonic water and lemonade, to taste (if you wish).
3. Serve the punch in glasses.
