Mexican Bloody Mary

Ingredients

  • dashes of tabasco
  • dashes of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 bottle of dark beer or light lager
  • 1 key lime, juice only (or substitute ½ lime, juice only)
  • 170 ml tomato juice, or veggie juice cocktail

Method

1. Fill a tall glass with 3-4 ice cubes. Add the Tabasco sauce and Worcestershire sauce and shake well.

2. Add the lime juice and tomato juice and stir well.

3. Pour over the beer, stir once and serve immediately.
