- 230 g whipping cream
- 140 g milk chocolate
1. Heat the cream over a low flame and pour it over the chocolate. Stir well until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth and glossy.
2. Refrigerate for at least four hours, or preferably overnight. Before serving, beat with an electric mixer and transfer into a serving bowl.
