Ingredients

  • 225 g dried chillies, (soaked in water for 1 hour)
  • 6 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 15 g coriander seeds, crushed
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • large bunch mint
  • salt

Method

1. Place all the ingredients into a food processor and blitz until blended. Serve with lamb dishes.
