Ingredients

Main

  • 1 litres water
  • 3 tbsp miso
  • 2 tbsp dashi
  • 275 g tofu, firm and diced
  • 2 crispy chinese seaweed, dried
  • 1 spring onions, shredded

Method

Bring the water to a simmer in a large saucepan. Add the miso, dashi granules, tofu, seaweed and spring onions. Reheat and serve.
