- 1 litres dashi, soup stock
- 0.5 blocks tofu
- 3 tbsp miso paste
- 1 handfuls spring onions, chopped
1. Put the Dashi soup stock into a saucepan and bring to the boil.
2. Cut the tofu into small cubes and add them to the soup.
3. Scoop out some soup stock from the pan and dissolve the miso paste in it.
4. Return the soup in the pan. Switch off the heat and add the spring onions. Serve immediately.
