Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 jar of mostarda di frutta, drained and chopped

Tips and Suggestions

Mustard fruits are jars of cherries, apricots, pineapple etc, cured and cooked in spices and mustard. They are an Italian speciality and can be found in the deli section of good supermarkets or in specialist Italian deli's. Sweet, hot and very moreish, they are wonderful served with ham!

Method

1. Stir all the ingredients together until well mixed and turn into a pretty serving bowl.

2. Serve at room temperature.
