Mustardy sausages with caramelised honey

Ingredients

  • olive oil, for frying
  • 4 sausages
  • 3 tsp honey
  • 1-2 tsp wholegrain mustard

Method

1. Heat a little olive oil in a heavy-based pan and fry the sausages evenly on all sides until well cooked.

2. Stir the honey and mustard into the pan and cook, stirring, until the mixture is thick and caramelised.
