Ingredients

Main

  • 6 oysters, shucked and cleaned
  • 6 shots vodka
  • 1 dashes of Worcestershire sauce, to taste
  • 1 dashes of tabasco, to taste
  • 1 pinches black pepper

Method

1. Place the oysters into the base of six individual shot glasses.


2. Pour in the vodka.


3. Add a few dashes of Worcestershire and Tabasco sauce to taste.


4. Twist a few grinds of pepper over each oyster, add a little salt and serve immediately.
