- 6 oysters, shucked and cleaned
- 6 shots vodka
- 1 dashes of Worcestershire sauce, to taste
- 1 dashes of tabasco, to taste
- 1 pinches black pepper
1. Place the oysters into the base of six individual shot glasses.
2. Pour in the vodka.
3. Add a few dashes of Worcestershire and Tabasco sauce to taste.
4. Twist a few grinds of pepper over each oyster, add a little salt and serve immediately.
