Ingredients

  • 25 g butter
  • 4 mackerel, filleted
  • 1 pack Moroccan mixed spice, (ask in your delicatessen or supermarket; those including garlic, saffron, cumin etc. are good)

Method

1. Melt the butter in a frying pan.

2. Sprinkle the Moroccan spices over the mackerel and cook for 2 minutes on each side.

3. Serve straight away.
