Parma ham and fig crostinis

Parma ham and fig crostinis

  • 6 slices of crusty bread
  • 6-8 slices Parma ham
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 3 fresh figs
  • rocket, to garnish
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil


1. Drizzle oil over the bread and toast in a hot griddle pan until crisp.

2. Place a slice of parma ham on each piece of toast. Top with a couple of bits of crumbled feta cheese and then add two wedges of fig onto each piece of toast.

3. Finish with a leaf of rocket for colour, and a drizzle of honey.
