- 700 g parmesan, finely and coarsely grated
1. Evenly sprinkle a cup of parmesan over a hot pan, filling in any gaps. Cook until the cheese becomes golden. Loosen with a spatula and transfer to a plate.
2. Leave to cool until the parmesan solidifies; then break into little chips and serve.
