- 280 g apple nectar or cordial, (available in supermarkets, but choose the thick nectar, not the juice)
- 40 ml sugar syrup, (add 1 ½ tbsp caster sugar to a pan with 100ml water and reduce to make 40ml)
- 480 ml prosecco
1. Mix the apple nectar and sugar syrup together and divide between four tall narrow glasses.
2. Top up with cold Prosecco and serve at once.
