Peach and mango frappé

Ingredients

Main

  • 50 g caster sugar
  • 50 ml boiling water
  • 300 g ice cubes
  • 0.5 mango, flesh chopped
  • 1 large peach
  • 1.5 tbsp strained lime juice
  • 100 ml white rum

Method

Dissolve the sugar in boiling water and leave to cool. Pour into a blender with the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth, Serve straight away in chilled tall glasses.
