Peach aur pudine ka raita (peach and mint raita)

Ingredients

  • 100 g tinned peaches, sliced drained, juice reserved
  • 150 ml natural yogurt
  • salt
  • 2 tbsp fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
  • � tsp roasted and ground cumin seeds

Method

1. In a bowl, combine the peach slices, yoghurt, salt and mint leaves.

2. Stir in 3 tablespoons of the reserved peach juice and serve with a sprinkling of roasted cumin powder.
