- 100 g tinned peaches, sliced drained, juice reserved
- 150 ml natural yogurt
- 2 tbsp fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
- ï¿½ tsp roasted and ground cumin seeds
1. In a bowl, combine the peach slices, yoghurt, salt and mint leaves.
2. Stir in 3 tablespoons of the reserved peach juice and serve with a sprinkling of roasted cumin powder.
