Peaches with Gorgonzola and Honey

Ingredients

  • peaches
  • gorgonzola cheese
  • mascarpone
  • Comb honey

Method

1. You need perfectly ripe, flavourful peaches - white fleshed ones, if you can get hold of them, are the most beautiful and scented.

2. Halve or slice them and scatter them on a platter with a wedge of the gorgonzola, a bowl of mascarpone and a generous chunk of honey on the comb.
