- 125 g puff pastry
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 pears, peeled, quartered, cored and sliced
- 4 slices creamy goats' cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped mixed nuts
1. Preheat the oven to 200C/gas 6.
2. Cut the pastry into 4, 8cm diameter rounds. Arrange the pear slices on top and drizzle with honey.
3. Scatter with the nuts and bake for 15-20 minutes, until puffed and golden. Serve warm or at room trmperature.
