- 2 kg Maris Piper potatoes
- 250 g butter
- pinch of freshly grated nutmeg
1. Boil potatoes until soft and then drain.
2. Heat up milk and butter in a pan.
3. Mash potatoes with a masher, or squeeze them through a potato ricer.
4. Stir the butter and milk into the potatoes.
5. Season with nutmeg, salt and pepper.
