Pineapple and pear smoothie

Pineapple and pear smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 slices pineapples, skin and central core removed
  • 1 pear, peeled and core removed
  • 250 ml milk
  • 200 g vanilla-flavoured yogurt
  • 1 vanilla pod, split, seeds scraped out

Method

1. Place the pineapple, pear, milk and yogurt into a blender and add the vanilla seeds. Blend until smooth.

2. Pour the smoothie into tall glasses and serve.
