Ingredients

  • 150 ml pineapple juice
  • 4 tbsp natural yogurt
  • 1 mango, broken into pieces
  • 2 tbsp clear honey
  • 2 tbsp porridge oats
  • pinch of cinnamon

Method

1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and whiz until smooth and frothy.

2. Pour into glasses and serve.
