Pineapple Salsa

Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients

  • 250 g fresh pineapples, cut into chunks
  • pinch dried red chilli flakes
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander
  • squeeze lemon juice

Method

1. Put all of the ingredients in a food processor and blend until the salsa is quite smooth but still has some texture - don't over blend it. Season with a pinch of salt.
