Pink scotch drink

This pretty, fluffy whisky cocktail becomes a dessert when served with crispy, buttery shortbread

Ingredients

  • 50 ml whisky, preferably Monkey Shoulder
  • 20 ml cream
  • 20 ml milk
  • 5 raspberries
  • 10 ml framboise liqueur
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 2 handfuls ice cubes
  • shortbread, to serve (optional)

Method

1. Combine the whisky, cream, milk, two of the raspberries, framboise liqueur and honey in a cocktail shaker with one handful of ice cubes and shake well.

2. Put some more ice in a rocks glass with the remaining raspberries. Strain the contents of the shaker over it and serve with shortbread, if liked.
