- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 red chilli, de-seeded and finely chopped
Tips and Suggestions
This dressing suits green leaves and makes a twist on a BBQ side salad
1. Put the ingredients into a clean jam jar, with some salt and pepper. Put the lid on and give it a really good shake to combine.
2. Taste to check the balance of flavours, adjust accordingly then shake some more. Use immediately.
