  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • 110 g popcorn
  • 50 g mini marshmallows


1. Heat the oil in a large saucepan, add the popping corn and cover with a well-fitting lid (preferably a glass one, so you can see the corn). Heat on high for a few minutes, then shake the pan vigorously over the heat until the popping stops.

2. Set a glass bowl over a pan of simmering water. Melt the chocolate in the bowl then stir in the marshmallows.

3. Tip the popcorn into a large bowl, discarding any unpopped kernels, and stir in the melted chocolate mixture to make a sticky, gooey mass. Spoon into muffin cases and leave to cool and set.
