Ingredients

  • 50 g rolled oats
  • 350 ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 2 tbsp orange curd
  • 1 tsp sunflower seeds

You can swap the orange curd for lemon curd.

Method

1. Place the oats and milk in a small saucepan, bring to the boil and simmer for 3-4 minutes.

2. Tip the porridge into a serving bowl, drizzle over the orange curd and sprinkle with sunflower seeds. Serve hot.
