Radishes with Red Wine Vinegar

Radishes with Red Wine Vinegar

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 250 g radishes, halved
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • handfuls blanched flaked almonds, toasted

Method

1. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and add the radishes.

2. Pan fry for a couple of minutes then deglaze the pan with the vinegar.

3. Stir through the almonds, season and serve.
