- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 250 g radishes, halved
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- handfuls blanched flaked almonds, toasted
1. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and add the radishes.
2. Pan fry for a couple of minutes then deglaze the pan with the vinegar.
3. Stir through the almonds, season and serve.
