Ingredients

  • 450 g raspberries
  • 225 g strawberries
  • icing sugar, to taste
  • cassis, optional
  • vanilla ice cream, to serve

Method

1. Sieve the raspberries through a nylon sieve, discarding the pips.

2. Hull the strawberries and cut into quarters.

3. Stir the strawberries gently into the raspberry puree and stir in icing sugar and crème de cassis to taste.

4. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
