Raspberry Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 150 g fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 tsp freshly chopped thyme
  • 1/4 tsp crushed black pepper
  • 25 ml water
  • 3 tbsp raspberry vinegar
  • 1 tsp reduced salt soy sauce
  • 2 tsp olive oil

Method

Place all the ingredients in the Big Chopper (BC) of the Braun handblender and blend well until smooth.

Raspberries contain vitamin C which helps to cleanse the body and re-build the immune system while the thyme purifies the body of bacteria.
