- Prep Time: 15 minutes plus 8 hrs freezing

- 750 ml Beaujolais red wine
- 1 tbsp caster sugar
- 01 lemons, juice only
1. Mix together the Beaujolais wine, sugar and lemon juice. Pour into a shallow, lidded Tupperware container.
2. Cover and freeze for 8 hours, stirring every 2 hours to break up the ice.
3. Spoon into 4-6 wine glasses and serve.
