- 300 ml vegetable stock
- 300 ml red wine beef stock
1. Drain the red wine beef stock from your roast beef roasting pan.
2. Drain the selection of vegetables you are cooking to serve with your roast, measuring about 300ml of stock into a measuring jug.
3. To finish the gravy, just mix together the red wine beef stock and the vegetable stock in equal proportions so you have a rich jus to serve with your Roast Beef.
