- 1 rich fruit cake
- 400 g creamy blue cheese, such as cashel blue, Oxford blue, Devon blue
1. Preheat the grill.
2. Slice the cake. Cut an equal number of cheese slices.
3. Top each cake slice with a slice of blue cheese and place under the hot grill for 1 minute until the cheese has melted.
4. Serve warm with a glass of dessert wine.
Wine recommendation: Brown Brothers Muscat.
