- small handful of sour dried cherries
- cherry brandy, to cover
- 200 g explorateur cheese
1. Place the dried cherries in a bowl. Add in the cherry brandy, cover and marinate for 2 hours.
2. Drain the cherries, reserving the marinade.
3. Place the Explorateur on a serving dish. Top with a layer of the marinated cherries.
4. Drizzle over the reserved marinade and serve.
