- 5 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp pesto or sweet chilli sauce
- 2 flatbreads
- 2 boneless chicken thighs, roasted and cooled
1. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise with the pesto or sweet chilli sauce.
2. Shred the chicken meat and set aside.
3. Spread the flavoured mayonnaise over half of each of the flatbreads and fill with the shredded chicken. Roll up tightly, and serve.
