- 1 x 400 g can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp garam masala
- pinches sea salt
1. Preheat the oven to 220C/gas 7.
2. Drain, rinse and pat dry the tinned chickpeas and scatter on a baking tray.
3. Drizzle with the olive oil and sprinkle over the garam masala and sea salt. Cook for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally - they should be golden brown and crunchy. Cool to room temperature before serving.
