Roasted radishes with garlic and rosemary

A beautifully mellow and fragrant dish from Love Radish, ideal as a side dish to be served alongside roast poultry, game or fish

Ingredients

  • 800 g radishes, topped and tailed
  • 6 garlic cloves, sliced
  • A small bunch of rosemary, stalk removed
  • 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Method

1. Preheat your oven to 200C/180C fan/ gas 6.

2. Put all of the ingredients into a medium sized ovenproof dish, mix well and season with salt and pepper.

3. Place in the oven for 20 minutes or until slightly caramelised.

4. Serve at once
