Ingredients

  • 750 ml champagne
  • 700 ml rum
  • 750 ml Burgundy red wine
  • 750 ml hock wine
  • 400 ml Maraschino brandy
  • 1.2 litres green tea
  • 8 lemons, juice only
  • 900 g sugar

Method

1. Warm all the ingredients together over a low heat until the sugar dissolves. Serve warm.
